Open to men of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re looking for some decent chat, a way to decompress, or just a change of scenery, Men’s Talk is the place to settle in and build some genuine camaraderie.

What to Expect

  • The Vibe: Low-pressure and informal. Come as you are, grab a cuppa, and pull up a chair.

  • The Talk: Every week we’ll throw a new topic on the table to get the ball rolling, but there's no script. Whether you want to dive deep, share a bit of your own experience, or just listen in, it’s entirely up to you.

  • The Goal: This isn't just another meeting; it’s a space built for us, by us.

When & Where?

You’ll find Men’s Talk at The Powerstation in Cwmbran (NP44 4SY) between 1pm & 3pm each Wednesday.

Menspace is a collaborative effort bringing together Torfaen Talks CIC, and 4Minds to create a welcoming space for men to connect and engage.

  • Torfaen Talks CIC is dedicated to fostering open conversations and building community support in Torfaen, providing a platform for voices to be heard and stories to be shared.

  • 4Minds advocates for mental health awareness, offering resources and guidance to strengthen mental resilience.

How you can help?

  • Spread the word: Share our Facebook posts.  Tell your friends about us – or better still, bring them along. 

  • Join us at The Powerstation on Wednesday from 1pm: Put the world to rights over a cuppa and maybe tell us what kind of support you might be interested in or looking for.
