Session Summary
These weekly sessions are designed to help you develop healthier ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and everyday experiences. Through guided practice, we offer practical tools to support your ongoing well-being.
Structure & Commitment
The Schedule: 12 weeks of immersive, weekly 2-hour sessions.
Daily Practice: To gain the full benefit, we encourage a commitment of one hour of home practice between our weekly gatherings.
The Approach: This journey involves a gentle yet disciplined focus on daily meditation and relaxation, supported by your personal commitment to self-growth.
What We’ll Explore:
New Strategies: Manage moods and emotions with greater ease and effectiveness.
Self-Care: Learn techniques to support a fuller, healthier lifestyle.
Mindfulness in Action: Practices to help address physical, mental, emotional, and social challenges.
Deepening Awareness: How to tune into subtle bodily sensations, your physical senses, and the flow of your thoughts and moods.
Presence: Skills to stay present with your experiences—pleasant or unpleasant—learning to respond thoughtfully rather than reacting automatically.
Perspective: Ways to relate differently to ongoing difficulties, even when the situations themselves remain the same.
Important Notes
The Process: Growth can feel challenging. Making space for daily practice often requires adjusting your usual routine.
Emotional Awareness: You may notice increased emotional intensity as you bring mindful attention to difficult experiences; this is a natural and vital part of the process.
The Environment: While these sessions are deeply supportive, they are not a space for in-depth discussion of personal history. If you require specific support for past challenges, we recommend consulting a counselor or mental health professional.
