Before referring into our counselling service, please check the eligibility below.

If you feel you’re eligible, you can self refer into our low cost (minimum £20 per session) counselling service by clicking here.

Eligibility

  • Living in Torfaen.

  • Aged over 18 years old.

  • Open to everyone regardless of employment status.

  • Further eligibility discussed on assessment.

If you are eligible to access our counselling service, you will be offered up to 8 sessions with one of our counsellors. All our counsellors are qualified or in the final stages of their qualification.

If you feel you need urgent assistance, ask or call 111 for Mental Health Advice, or ask for an urgent GP appointment, or if it's life threatening, call 999.
