Pay What You Can Counselling

Before referring into our counselling service, please check the eligibility below.

Eligibility

Living in Torfaen.
Aged over 18 years old.
Open to everyone regardless of employment status.
Further eligibility discussed on assessment.

If you are eligible to access our counselling service, you will be offered up to 8 sessions with one of our counsellors. All our counsellors are qualified, or in the final stages of their qualification.

If you feel you need urgent assistance, ask or call 111 for Mental Health Advice, or ask for an urgent GP appointment, or if it's life threatening, call 999.
